Marine teak decking, manufactured in Croatia
We build prefabricated teak deck panels in our own workshop and ship them finished, ready to bond. For boat builders, refit yards, charter fleets and owners.

You send templates — or we come and take them digitally — and the next thing that arrives is the deck itself, cut and caulked to your vessel’s exact geometry, packed flat and ready to bond.

Why boat builders work with us
FSC certified teak and full documentation
Chain of custody paperwork travels with every delivery, so your own compliance file is complete on arrival.
ISO 9001 and SGS ISO 14001
Quality and environmental management are audited, not asserted. The same process produces hull one and hull twenty.
Our own workshop and installation team
Nothing is subcontracted. If the deck is wrong, the people who made it are the people who fix it.

Common questions
How much does a teak deck cost?
For a prefabricated deck, between €450 and €900 per m² fitted. The spread is wide because three things move the price more than size does: the thickness of the teak, how much of the old deck has to come off first, and how complicated the shapes are — a flush foredeck costs less per square metre than a cockpit full of hatches and fittings. We quote per vessel, not from a price list.
What a teak deck costs per m² →How long does a teak deck last?
Thickness decides it, not age. Every full sanding takes a fraction of a millimetre off the surface, so a thicker deck simply has more sandings left in it. Bonded decks outlast screwed ones, because there are no fastener holes for water to find. Cleaned properly and sanded only when it genuinely needs it, a good teak deck outlives several owners.
How long a teak deck lasts →Can you supply panels for my own yard to fit?
Yes — that is how most of our work leaves the building. Panels arrive caulked, sanded and packed flat, with the bonding specification your team follows. If you would rather we fitted it ourselves, we can quote for that too.
Prefabricated panels →Do you ship outside Europe?
Yes, we deliver worldwide. A prefabricated deck ships flat as freight, and that is what makes distance workable: the templates travel as data, only the finished panels move. We ship EXW Zagreb or DAP — three to five days by road inside the EU, four to six weeks by sea beyond it. Tell us where the vessel lies and delivery goes into the quote.
